Kristen Richardson, MSN, ARNP, PMHNP-BC, HTI-P
Kristen has worked in mental health since 1995. After becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in 2001, she followed her dream and created this private practice in 2004. Kristen attended the University of Iowa and is nationally certified as both a Family Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Child/Adolescent Psyciatric/Mental Health. Kristen is also a Healing Touch Practitioner.
Kristen is transforming the current mental health care system- "We can do better than this!" says Kristen.

Kristen founded her private practice in 2004, offering a Spiritual Psychology perspective to emotional health care. Kristen believes we are to heal the pain we experience, not just cope with it or medicate it. The most important thing Kristen offers is a deeper look at the opportunity our life experiences bring and what to be now.
